To see our full list of cleaning, electrical, a.c. repair, pest control, carpentry and plumbing services, click on a service to start booking.
If you receive a coupon code, you can enter it on the checkout page. Enter the code in the Promo Code box and click Apply.

Note that some vouchers or coupons are restricted to first-time customers only or may have expired. All coupons are limited to a single use per customer.

If you purchase a voucher from a third-party deal site, please refer to their redemption instructions.
If you book on short-notice, there may be no available Helpr to fulfill your job. If this is the case, you will be required to choose a date and time further in the future. We do our very best to provide you with a Helpr at the time and date you request.

You can enter special requests for your Helpr on the confirmation page. Please note that not all requests can be provided.
Sit and relax! After you make a booking you will be notified which Helpr professional who will be coming to you place to complete the job. Your Helpr will show up on time to do a great job.

We give you exact estimates of how long your job would take, to be completed. But every home and every job is unique, so your Helpr may need more time than expected. Please call us and we'll update you about the additional cost.
At Helpr we only hire professionals who are passionate & experienced with any kind of household work. Almost all of our bookings are carried out efficiently, but in the rare case that something goes wrong, we'll help you resolve the issue immediately.

To file a damage claim, write to support@helpr.in

Any such claim must be filed within 72 hours of the booking. We will get in touch with you within 48 hours. Note: The submission of claim does not guarantee a reimbursement of any kind. We will try & fix an item instead of replacing it. Helpr will require proof of purchase and proof of damage before we can settle any damage/missing claim. Helpr will determine the market value of damaged item based on date purchased, the current condition of the item, purchase price and the cost to fix the item. This does not always equal the value to replace it with a new item. We can only pay up to 25% of the market value, without proof of purchase.
We hire trustworthy Helprs who only give you high - quality home improvement services. Almost all of our bookings are carried out, efficiently, but in the rare case that something goes wrong, we'll help you resolve the issue immediately.

Helpr has a friendly and experienced professional workforce who have been police verified & background - checked for being professional, quality- oriented & focusing on customer satisfaction. Based on the time and date of your request, You will receive a push notification with details about your professional prior to your appointment. You can also see the picture who is assigned to an upcoming job on your Tasks history page.
Yes. We have iOS and Android apps that let you book and manage on the go. Download it in the App Store or in the Play Store.
Helpr’s cannot perform any large home restorations, projects that require permits, exterior work over 8 ft ( gutters, siding, roofing, etc.), appliance repair, landscaping or masonry.
​​Yes! All Helpr professionals are equipped with all the tools and basic supplies (glue, crews, nails etc.) to complete your home improvement projects, successfully. If any fixtures or construction materials need to be purchased, you can purchase these items yourself, or your Helpr professional can purchase for you, if you inform the provider earlier.

Deals & Coupons

Yes!, you can earn credits by referring friends to Helpr. You can find your referral code and links to share it on your profile page. With Helper’s referral program, your friends get RS.200 off their first booking using your referral code. You'll receive RS.200 credit and a notification for each first-time booking made by your friends.

Please request a refund due to lack of coverage from the third-party deal site using the contact information provided in the redemption instructions.
We reserve some discounts for our first-time customers to encourage them to try our service. We may provide other discounts later on to our best customers as a thank-you for their continued patronage.
You cannot apply a coupon to an existing booking that has already taken place. However, you can secure a discounted price for a future booking by cancelling and rebooking the service with the appropriate coupon.

Trust & Saftey

To ensure that all of our customers have the best experience possible, all professionals are thoroughly vetted. Each Helpr professional must pass extensive background checks and an in-person screening. Furthermore, each professional is required to have paid experience in their field and provide valid references. We accept less than 3% of all applicants. That's more difficult than getting into IIM or PSG
Yes! All Helpr professionals are required to have at least six years of paid experience in their field. Every professional must also maintain a certain rating to remain with Helpr.
Yes! All Helpr professionals are thoroughly background checked and must have a sparkling record to be considered for Helpr.
